Lesson Scheduling and Policies

 

1. Scheduling: Parent/students will receive a text every Sunday evening to confirm the day and time for the upcoming lesson. 

 

2. Reminder Texts: On the day of the lesson, a reminder message will be sent at noon. 

 

3. Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so, without a valid excuse for absence, will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson for the week.

 

4. Payment Methods: Lessons can be paid for in cash or through Cash App ($TraeWay). 

 

5. Precautions: Only one person is allowed to attend the lesson with the student. All individuals, including the instructor, must wear a mask during the lesson.

 

6. Exceptions: Questions or the need for clarification on any policies can be directed to Trae Wheeler, Instructor. Exceptions can be considered in advance.
